Keith is a director in the Atlanta office of Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) and a member of the Valuation Services practice specializing in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sector. He has over a decade of experience in valuation and financial advisory services.Keith has experience in the valuation of businesses and intangible assets for financial, tax, and regulatory reporting and has performed valuations for purchase price allocations (ASC Topic 805), impairment testing (ASC Topic 350 / ASC Topic 360), stock-based compensation (ASC Topic 718 / IRC 409a), legal entity / intellectual property restructurings, FIRPTA, and testing under The Investment Company Act of 1940. He has experience in the general valuation of technology, trade names and trademarks, customer relationships, contracts, and other intangible assets, with experience in valuing industry-specific assets such as FCC broadcast licenses and carried interest contracts for private investment funds.Additionally, Keith has experience in the valuation of illiquid debt and equity securities held by private equity funds, Business Development Companies, hedge funds, and venture capital funds for Fair Value reporting purposes (ASC Topic 820). Keith received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Georgia and holds an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation with the American Society of Appraisers and an Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation with the AICPA.
