I was acting Lead Genius to the CoolSprings Genius Bar team. I was there to help with customers, to mentor and to direct the team through day to day tasks.

Repairing relationships with customers while multitasking and showing empathy. Troubleshooting Apple devices and documenting the troubleshooting and the repair process. I have been able to help my coworkers with their development by becoming an Technical Advisor. I have led training for new technicians and technicians that are pursuing more learning for their careers. I have worked with the business team with mobile device management and multiple computer management. I have honed my skills of positioning with empathy with customers and other teammates so that I can solve almost any interaction that I face.

As a Genius I spend most of my time troubleshooting and repairing computers mobile devices and relationships at the Genius bar. Also I have been utilized to organize the traffic coming into the family room by acting as point person by making new appointments, using my technical knowledge to do quick fixes to save the customer time, and make sure the customer is ready for their appointment.

Led small groups or individuals, as the instructor, through either pre selected material all dealing with Apple hardware or software, or on a project of their choosing on an Apple device or using Apple software. When I was not with a customer for training purposes I was available to the customers and my team members for questions and sales.

Fulfill transactions for customers while trying to help provide them with more services that may help them better in their personal situation.

Organized and managed the program used for Chapel of 200 - 1500 three days a week in a gymnasium and and sometimes in large auditoriums. Managed and helped to make multiple media projects for use in chapel. Managed the media team and anyone that would be on stage during live chapels like the band or the speaker to make sure they knew when they would be on stage all the way to what materials they may need.
