Legal, Finance, IT, Product, HR, Operations• Setup a PMI methodology (Integration Playbook), continuously building PMI capability, providing integration know-how and training • Supporting the MnA team during Due Diligence, Takeover, and Option execution• Developing an Integration strategy, breakdown into an Implementation plan (Finance, Fiscal & legal, Customers migration, HR, IT & Technology, Products, Processes), the definition of KPIs and OKRs, setting up monitoring and reporting tools • Leading Integration & Transformation process and continuous Change Management. Reporting progress, budget, and quality of integration. Identifying deviations, implementing solutions for issues, and escalating towards Sponsor (C level) and Steering Board • Identifying synergies between merged companies, designing the TO-BE status with a deep focus on the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented solutions from the group side (IT, process, products, people, etc.) • Defining an integrated CVP and assure the transition of customers to a group solution (in total 30 % of the group generic portfolio). Designing particular delivery projects, driving the approval process, and supervising the execution (tight coordination with other development and transformational portfolio within a company like ERP, CRM development, etc.)
