Managed Business Solutions is a HP contracting company. I was responsible for control, inventory, use, and management of a 50,000 backup tape library. I also was a member of the two man team that handled Implementation of powercycles, hands and eye requests, hardware trouble-shooting, and on site support requests from the India backup team. The contract was changed by HP to a much smaller role and then phased out.
