My specific responsibilities include; • Provide technical guidance to program leads and project MEL teams in the development and implementation of the project's monitoring, evaluation and learning plan, reports, work plans, and required routine reports.• Oversee activities to strengthen M&E systems and processes, performance monitoring and evaluation, and learning capabilities of program staff across the suite of PATH's programs.• Provide oversight in developing and implementing M&E reporting guidelines and systems designed to inform the direction of the projects, including data quality and data use strategies• Responsible for oversight of gathering and evaluating information and ensuring that findings are accurately presented in all internal and external reporting and tracking tools, including effective data visualization• Provide inputs to the Strategy and Business Development team, including reviewing the MEL section of proposals and advising on M&E plans, logical framework, work-plans, and results framework for proposals and concept notes• Support the program teams in hiring competent research agencies for different evaluation studies and supervising data collection, reviewing data quality assurance protocol, data analysis plan and evaluation report.• Contribute to the synthesis and dissemination of key results, programmatic lessons learned, and other research outputs of the program, as required by the program teams.• Promote knowledge sharing across the South Asia hub and between hubs in the Asia, Middle East and Europe (AMEE) region.
