I have surfed the digitalization wave for two decades by raising my hand to design new strategies that enable foundational cultural changes at work. The only constant in my career has been me and change. I started my career answering phones in health care when paper charts were the norm, and recently led a project leveraging GenerativeAI to enable faster internal marketing communications for volunteer opportunities. These experiences showed me a connection to purpose that transcends the project I'm stewarding: building community with my colleagues where we center the customers we serve. As a zennial, neuroqueer woman, I've learned how to bridge vast differences with vulnerable authenticity and a growth mindset. At work, my ability to gel teams and quickly diagnose problems has resulted in consistently positive project revisions and white-glove execution. I thrive in high-trust, fact-based, context communicating, and creative-solutions-focused teams.Right now, I'm working to help build the Data Office at Nissan Americas. The best part: I learn something new everyday while partnering with the most diverse team of my career.
