Manage daily operations and administrative tasks of Senior Center, in collaboration with the Center Director. Compile monthly reports to be submitted to the City of Alexandria Department Aging and Adult Services.

Completes Housing and Urban Development (HUD) re-certifications of housing subsidies for complex containing 91 units for over 100 senior and disabled residents. Develops monthly calendar and list of events for recreational programming residents. Resolves resident complaints of housing facilities.• Reviews eligibility every year for each resident that includes monthly reviews of assets from bank statements and life insurance policies, pensions, or monies from trusts that is separate from social security income. Conducts criminal background checks to verify residents are not sexual offenders and other criminal charges. • Oversees property management by identifying and securing vendors to complete repairs and replace items for unit turnover. Submits work order requests to repair housing facilities.• Responds to emergency alert call bells for residents and coordinates emergency response with local first responders and tracks transportation of residents to medical facilities
