Maintained 300 employee and 1,300 student accounts on Active Directory, Exchange, PowerSchool and other resources. Provide senior technical leadership to Management. Act as advanced technical resource for the District’s technology support team; perform advanced planning analysis, development, implementation and monitoring of technology operations, communications, and special building systems; Act as project manager for various technology and facility projects, managing and monitoring budgets, personnel, and material. Ensure goals are attained within projected budget, scope and timeline. Act as Warehouse & Operations Manager, order, inventory and distribute supplies, material and equipment throughout the District. Manage departmental budgets through planning and analysis.

Maintained 300 employee and several thousand student accounts on Active Directory, Exchange, online learning and other resources. Maintained scaled down test environment for the development of new resources.Provide leadership to the Information Technology Division in a multi-site environment. Act as advanced-senior technical resource; perform advanced analysis, development, implementation and monitoring of network operations, communication systems, video and server domains; schedule personnel, manage projects, and ensure organizational goals were attained; Manage and monitor budgets, plan, spec and order equipment. Maintain inventory of equipment and software; Provide customer service and support to all stakeholders
