Responsibility for most architectural and technical decisions in Daftcode ventures (RestaurantWeek, Cateringoo), creating, improving and supervising the entire product development process. Close contact with business and fluency in translating business needs to development milestones.For the team of up to 25 people (including Frontend, Backend, QA and Product Design) I've introduced product discovery, proper SCRUM meetings, task definitions, estimations and overall guidelines for stable and effective software development process.Technology of choice mached specific needs of the projects and included Next.js, React, Saas, JSS, ES6, Redux or Apollo for Frontend and Ruby on Rails API, RSpec, GraphQL, PostgresQL, Redis, Elasticsearch and Sidekiq for Backend.Additionally, I've setup a multi-environment scallable microservice ecosystem tailored to available hosting resources with the help of Ansible, Docker, docker-compose, container registry and Gitlab runners. The services were supported with solutions like Sentry, Graylog, Nginx, HAProxy and Cloudflare.

Leading a growing team up to 20 people focused on supporting companies in the Daftcode Group (e.g. Nethone, Straal, Skriware, Indoorway). Despite the team size, I managed to maintain a flat structure and succesfully combine team management responsibilities with project management.I've created, lectured and marked most of DaftAcademy Ruby on Rails courses which were held at PJWSTK and Warsaw University of Technology. This helped hone my interpersonal skills and bring out my inner educator, which has proven to be very helpful in public speaking and recruitment.Furthermore, I've expanded my Devops knowledge to be able to take full responsibility for the products and their stability, by setting up CI/CD on our VPS's using Bash, GitlabCI and Ansible with Nginx and Passenger.

Focus on creating full-blown and tested monolith Ruby on Rails applications mainly with RSpec, Devise, PostgreSQL, SASS, HAML and Javascript. I've co-created many projects from scratch, worked with a team of developers and were often put in a role of a swift prototype creator.

The beginning of my adventure with Web Development. I've learned and explored HTML, CSS, Javascript and played around a lot with jQuery. I got my first share of commercial experience and tackled cross-browser compliance.
