Main Responsibilities:• Head Office-Based Role: Operate from the Electronics Business Unit at the head office, serving as a central hub for product-related activities.• Product Sales and Support: Service the BMG Branch Network by actively engaging in product sales, providing comprehensive product support, and conducting training sessions.• Key Account Management: Manage key accounts to ensure strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and continued business growth.• New Product Launches: Contribute to the successful launch of new products, staying updated on the latest industry advancements and technologies.• Customer Retention: Implement strategies for the retention of existing customers, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.• Customer Base Growth: Proactively work towards expanding the customer base of the company, identifying, and capitalising on new business opportunities.• Technical Sales: Utilise technical expertise to drive sales, advising customers on product selection based on specifications and requirements.• Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to both internal teams and external customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of product applications and functionalities.• Application Identification: Identify and assess applications, guiding customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their specific needs.• Sales Targets Achievement: Take responsibility for meeting both monthly and annual sales targets, demonstrating consistent performance.• CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reports, facilitating effective communication and data-driven decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:• Troubleshooting and Fault-finding: Conduct in-house and on-site troubleshooting and fault-finding activities on Variable Speed Drives and Soft Starters.• Application Expertise: Apply technical expertise across various applications in sectors such as Agriculture, Food and Beverage, and Mining.• Testing and Repairs: Perform thorough testing and repairs on Variable Speed Drives and Soft Starters, ensuring optimal functionality.• Installation, Commissioning, and Programming: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and programming of Variable Speed Drives to meet specific application requirements.• Motor Testing and Wiring: Conduct three-phase and single-phase motor testing, as well as wiring activities to ensure proper electrical connections.• Telephonic Technical Assistance: Provide telephonic technical assistance to customers, addressing queries and guiding them through troubleshooting procedures.• Electrical Wiring and Control Circuits: Execute general electrical wiring and control circuits, covering single-phase 220VAC and three-phase 230VAC, 380-525VAC, and 690VAC systems.• Customer Assistance with Application Set-ups: Assist customers in setting up applications, ensuring compatibility with Variable Speed Drives, and generating wiring diagrams for commissioning.
