SIte lead for the Boulder office of Disney Interactive in charge of the Create portal on Disney.com and creativity-based mobile app development. Serviced internal and external client groups from television, studio, and ad sales with custom creativity app integration and promotion. Managed a team of 30, including creative, engineering, production and moderation. Mobile: Conceptual and creative lead on two mobile apps: Disney PIXEL’D, a native iOS app, and Kerpoof Tell a Story, an air-packaged cross platform app for iOS and Kindle. Disney PIXEL’D has 1.4M downloads, received a Parent’s Choice Gold Award, and was a finalist for the SXSW Interactive awards. Both apps achieved top-ten download status in their categories.Web: Led two complete re-designs of the site (2 IMA best-in-class awards), including a migration from a Flash framework to an HTML/CSS/Javascript framework for improved SEO, radically faster load times and responsive pages that adapted the layout to your display.

Led creative for the division. Instrumental in developing the MGM brand consumer products concept and helped grow the Pink Panther licensed revenue five-fold. Worked closely with Marketing and Business Development groups to deliver creative materials from brochures and sales materials to retail concepts and product development. Selected and managed external creative resources. Managed the Product Approval staff, which handled all MGM licensed properties.

Developed new brand extensions and merchandise collections for established entertainment and retail clients. Clients included Disney, Paramount, ESPN, California Pizza Kitchen and Universal. A brand exploration for MGM ultimately led to the development of the MGM lifestyle brand.

Designer for two Disney location-based entertainment projects. Team member for the Experience Music Project, Madison Square Garden, MCA/Universal Amphitheater, and the exhibit "The World of Charles and Ray Eames.
