During my stay as a UX designer in Maersk Line IT, I took on various roles ranging from user studies, over concept development to prototyping and validation.I was part of the user experience center of excellence, where i participated in building the framework for agile user driven development. As well as providing guidelines for ongoing projects and audits on completed projects.I also took part in the 'mobile factory' which is Maersk Line ITs pipeline for mobility developments where I was part of the team that managed the workshops to uncover user needs and design solutions towards that. This was a holistic user centered development where I was involved from initial ideation sessions over concept development, prototyping, vendor management through to validation with the end users.My main task however was providing UX expertise to various projects across various departments, such as Commercial, Trade and Marketing and Operations, as an in house consultant. My main tasks related to ensuring user needs were covered through designs of wireframes and high fidelity mockups and facilitating discussions between business and IT through visual facilitation. This involved various tools, such as workshops, user research and prototyping.

It Project Coordinator
My first rotation as part of the Maersk Line graduate programme (MLGP)I was responsible for coordinating the development work for the my.maerskline.com and self service platform projects.These projects delivered the costumer facing container booking and management system for Maersk Line, Safmarine, Seago Line and MCC. This system manages more than 15% of world shipping. The coordination role included activities such as stakeholder management, resource management, planning activities related to development, testing and deployments.I also acted as release manager, with responsibility for coordinating the releases on the platform.Finally I also provided UX and IxD inputs to future design of the platform.

During my two years at Bang & Olufsen i primarily worked with aluminium elements for televisions and loudspeakers. The job was twofold: a manufacuting part, where we milled out the aluminium on CNC cutters and a control part, of controlling quality of the elements.During my stay i helped introduce new automated production units for the Beovision 7 television.
