Krunal is a Chartered Accountant by qualification with more than a decade of experience in CFO Solutions, Finance Controllership, and Assurance Services. He currently heads the CFO Services division at Nexdigm. During his tenure at Nexdigm, he led several projects related to IFRS Implementation, Finance Controllership, Process Implementation, ERP Implementation, IFRS Compliance, and Accounting, among others.Krunal has also been closely involved with projects relating to greenfield manufacturing setups. He has a wide range of experience servicing clients in multiple sectors, including Insurance/Reinsurance, Financial Services, Medical Devices, FMCG, Healthcare, and others.Krunal has played a crucial role in developing Nexdigm’s CFO practice. Some of his key milestones include:- Held the position of Finance Controller/CFO in multiple Greenfield setups, including the Indian set-up of one of the largest hygiene products companies in Europe.- Held an interim CFO position of the Indian counterpart of one of the largest re-insurance entities in the world. Krunal handled compliances, ERP Implementation, and auditing, and oversaw the closure of financial statements, representations to regulators, Board meetings, process implementation, US-GAAP implementation, etc.- Directed and led the Finance & Accounting remedial action plan of multiple companies within the manufacturing and trading sector.- Led several IFRS/Ind AS implementation projects for multinational companies in India and Dubai.- Led multiple projects on IFRS 15 and 9 implementation for MNCs.- Provided thought-leadership articles on multiple Finance & Accounting subjects, including IFRS, Cost optimization, etc.- Handled various statutory audits, internal audits, and ICFR Implementation across MNCs.- Assisted a leading newspaper in compiling and analyzing financial information of companies under investigation.- Supported clients in transforming their finance function, improving processes, and developing governance.- Directed and led the F&A remedial action plans for multiple companies in the manufacturing and trading sector.
