 Part of APAC Delivery team responsible for Vodafone Idea. As a part of Delivery Team Worked on various challenging projects in customers like Vodafone India, Airtel, UCELL, Kyivstar etc.  Perform training for new hires and knowledge sharing with subordinates by creating and delivering presentations and sharing golden MOPs Responsible for Handling migration strategy, mapping of products and features, supporting customer testing of all new products and features in test environment Responsible for planning and deploying new feature and product release in customer like Vodafone Idea Responsible for planning and deploying new IN and Hardware expansions. Acted as a key individual contributor in various retrofit and modernization projects in Vodafone Idea  Contribute to product development team and deliver product releases in a timely manner for customers

 Responsible for Performing software and hardware upgrades, service impact analysis, technical reviews and support the rollout of new system releases and new RTBS/C1RT features. Worked directly with account managers and project managers to implement the project plan for Delivery team on customer sites. Worked in all aspects of the project such as customer requirements specification/review, planning, implementation, acceptance testing, POC (Proof of concept)  Manage and monitor all functional areas of Amdocs (previous Comverse) billing system including system provisioning, system sizing, performance analysis, and capacity planning. Performed and Supported Key system migration from legacy to new Amdocs Prepaid system across all circle of Vodafone India within stringent timelines. Conducting regular Operations & delivery related discussion with the customer, to ensure smooth operations and maintain high customer satisfaction. Worked on new customer requirement related to product/features and deliver it on time. Coordinate with the R&D team in case of Critical downtime issues and working with their help to resolve the issue.

 Responsible for supporting Migration, Upgrades & Expansion of IN network As Circle SPOC. Implementation of new Features and changes on IN in co-ordination with customer. Responsible for End-to-end testing of new features, products on IN in co-ordination with customer, vendor, marketing and RA. Responsible for network planning and IN load optimization, ensure traffic is equally distributed among all SGU [service gateway units] Analysis of daily weekly and monthly reports and suggest for improvement and expansions, provide MIS reports as per management requirement. Responsible for O & M of Comverse IN system and managing customer complaints. Responsible for Signaling Linkset Configuration for integrating IN system with MSC, Tariff Configuration on Comverse IN. Investigate faults/cause related to system/network problems. Providing Support to other Comverse circles for all billing related and O&M issues. Responsible for Monthly IN Reconciliation to provide seamless service to end users.

As a part of final semester Industrial Training worked as a Trainee in Nokia Siemens Networks India Pvt Ltd. and learned operations and manage services for Vodafone Gujarat Circle with the NSN IN and core Teams.
