Responsibilities• Develop product line vision, strategy & technology road map and business plans for 3 to 5 years• Articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape and translate this information into product line plans• Conduct market segmentation exercises to develop market segment-specific strategies that beat the competition• Build alignment across multiple functions inside the organization, drive localization of products based on market needs.• Identify the product gap, work with R&D and Operations in the development of new products to meet current and future requirements• Design go to market strategy, inclusive of channel strategy and partnerships• Collaborate with Global Marcom for the development of collateral, including e-commerce.• Enable sales to promote product line via training and the development of collateral materials that help articulate the value proposition.

Responsibilities• PAN India Sales and Marketing of High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) and marketing lead for GIS market in Thermal Power Plants in India and Bangladesh.• Channelize the Front-end sales to bag projects targeted on the basis of strategic rationale and serve as Liaison to the factory as well as our Front-End Sales organisation.• Present project wise financials and risks and opportunities to global management in the Risk Review Meetings• Coordinate pricing to a variety of channels to ensure opportunity for success.• Plan and develop new business partners to expand market share of the company and formulate project specific sales strategy focusing on customer and competition• Collaborate with ABB teams in Switzerland, China, Saudi Arabia and Japan for projects in India and Sub-continent.• Collaborate with the Product Management team for portfolio improvement keeping market trends and competition in focus.
