CurrentPosition: Executive EngineerDepartment: Dual Feed Cracker & Associated unit of CrackerKey Deliverables: Dual feed cracker has the capacity to produce 1100 KTPA Ethylene, 400 KTPA propylene & Associated unit of Cracker processes C4 mix feed from Cracker Unit to extract 115 KTA 1, 3 Butadiene, and Hydrogenate C5+ feed for Extracting 165 KTA Hydrogenated Pyrolysis Gasoline, and process C6 cut to produce 150 KTA Benzene.Responsibilities:1)Operated the- Associated unit of Cracker, Hydrogenated Pyrolysis Gasoline, benzene extraction unit, butadiene extraction unit.2)Operated the- Dual Feed Cracker, Steam System, Turbine Driven Centrifugal Compressors, Cryogenic Refrigeration Systems, Adiabatic reactor and Distillation Column operations using Honeywell DCS and Invensys ITCC control systems.3)Equipment’s handled. (De-Propanizer, De-Butanizer, MAPD Hydrogenation reactor, C3 Splitter, Propylene Refrigeration (C3R turbine driven centrifugal Compressor) and hydrogenation reactor, desulphurization Reactors, Reciprocating compressor, screw compressor, solvent extraction.4)Experience in handling various emergencies and startup/shutdown/stabilization scenarios like cooling water failure, power failure, feed cut-off.5)Preparation and updating of Document related to SOP, P&I D, PFD6)Troubleshoot plant operation problems and resolve technical issues7)Provide technical input in EHS activities e.g., MOCs, PHAs, HAZOPs, PSSR, verifies EHS process related calculations.Project Handled:C4 Hydrogenation Project: 1) Project was Initiated as part of Business Development / Value addition and is now in Pre-commissioning stage.2)Involved in PFD, P&I D review3)Involved in Technical review of process safety studies through PHA, HAZOP.4)Undergone Licensor Training at Axens, Dahej, Gujarat, india
