• Development and maintenance of critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing available / collected information.• Early warning of plan delays. Assessing progress and impacts of changes and schedule slippages. Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule.• Finalizing base line schedules for various contracts, tracking progress of the contracts against set baselines and generation of weekly, monthly targets for activities of all contracts to overcome progress backlogs thru EIL in house built package CPS (Construction Planning System).• Project document control.• Project Material control thru EIL in house developed packages such as COSMAS (Computerized online system material allocation at site) & WAMS (warehouse application management system).• Analyzing project delay, recommending time extension or price reduction schedules as per contract conditions.• Highlighting slippages along with the reasoning.
