As "Product Manager Core" I am responsible for the creation and prioritization of requirements for the radio.net backend-services in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Together with my team, we ensure the collection, normalization, processing and delivery of podcast- and radio data for our websites, native apps and partners. Thus we provide key features with the right content like for example our onsite-search, subscription service, sitemaps or discovery tools. Our system is constituted by micro-services and is running in AWS. We work based on the SCRUM framework.

I am responsible for the digital product development of the online comparison service “Private Krankenversicherung” (private health insurance) at CHECK24.The software and product development takes place within the framework of SCRUM, whereby I take over the classical role of a product owner. Due to the pronounced hands-on mentality at CHECK24 I am also responsible for the designing, testing and analyzing of my features. With the promotion to "Senior Product Manager" my range of duty got a bigger focus on knowledge transfer to other product managers of health comparison services as well as the professional exchange with colleagues from other locations and business areas.

I fulfill the role of "product owner" in the agile, iterative software development process SCRUM. My product is the “Product Detail Page” and the “Shop Live-TV” pages (live-TV, TV program guide, etc.)My tasks are defining and documenting the business requirements as well as prioritizing the next product development steps. This happens in close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders in the different QVC markets.

I am responsible for the creation and implementation of a roadmap for my spheres “Inspiration & Entertainment” as well as “Own & Enjoy”. This happens in a close cooperation with my international counterparts in UK & USA. While doing so my focus is setting project priorities and defining qvc.de specific business requirements.Furthermore, I am managing our AB-testing in collaboration with internal colleagues as well as external service contractors.

As a project manager for the e-commerce at QVC Germany, I am managing numerous national and international projects. In addition to that, I am supporting the release management by coordinating the User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing and Defect Management.Furthermore, I am managing the operative support for the digital sales platforms of QVC Germany.

My tasks are (among others) the User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, market – and competitor analysis as well as doing the operative support for qvc.de.
