Kevin co-founded both Pilot Labs and Intentional Futures as a partner. Kevin spent 10 years at Microsoft working with researchers, industry leaders and product teams to evolve and articulate the company's long-term productivity vision and strategy.As the lead User Experience Designer for both the Office Labs Envisioning team and the Industry Innovations Group, Kevin helped create a series of influential videos and prototypes, including the "Healthcare Future Vision" and "2019" videos, which have since garnered millions of views across the Web. Through this work, he helped drive design principles that were adopted by the company-wide Metro design initiative and applied to the Windows Phone 7 user experience. He played an integral role in many forward-looking projects, such as developing an early multi-touch system called TouchWall, and designing and developing a presentation software prototype called Plex, which had a significant impact on design directions for several products, including PowerPoint and Visual Studio. He also led user experience design for the Envisioning Lab physical installation environment at Microsoft's Executive Briefing Center. Kevin joined Microsoft as a member of the MCS Advanced Technology Creative team, where his experience spanned all the vertical industries. He worked on various high-visibility projects with key clients including Starbucks, Johns Hopkins, Pfizer and the CEO Summit.
