As Chief Talent Strategist, Kevin was responsible for building out educational content for the global knowledge exchange network dedicated to enhancing HR professionals’ strategic capabilities.He is the author of TMA’s Strategic Human Resources certification program, a SHRM and HRCI accredited education partner, and developed dozens of other short courses, workshops and webinars.Kevin delivered over 60 presentations on current strategic HR and leadership topics at conferences, panel discussions, pre/post workshops, client venues, vendor roadshows and executive off-sites. As CEO spearheaded the company’s entrance into the integrated screening and talent management arena. While he was Executive Vice President, he built multiple sales channels with partner companies that ramped growth 4x and consulted with clients on the development and implementation of strategic workforce solutions.He and his team built the business from a small regional operation into a national player in the employment screening arena. This work led Navicus to be named to Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America distinction list three years in a row. The innovative screening solutions developed and rapid rise in revenue and profitability lead Pinkerton Global Screening, a division of Securitas, to purchase the company.

He contributed subject matter content to the Human Capital Strategist, Strategic Talent Management and Strategic Workforce Planning certification courses.He was consistently rated as HCI’s top instructor. He designed and delivered customized subject matter course materials as well as provided consulting services for HCI private clientele.
