Responsible to generate and drive green/brown-field investment projects and co-producer management.- Negotiated in a team and delivered a structural change (of the last 20 years) in sales rights in JV in Nanjing, adding topline sales of 700+ mUS$/year from Jan 2025. - China Project: Presented and obtained final investment decision in July 2022 from Board of Directors. (10 bil.US$ investment, start-up 2025) o Deliver organic growth of >3 bil.US$/a of sales from year 2026 (Volumes 2300 kt products - olefins, aromatics, glycols, polyethylene, oxo-Alcohols, acrylics, acrylates). o Led, recruited, & developed a team of 10+ FTEs in marketing & supply chain. o Established new connections with >80 customers in China, TW, KR, India & ASEAN market. o Developed cracker feedstock & syngas concept. Key negotiation team member concluded 10 years feedstock LPG supply agreement (spend 700+ mUS$/a).- India chemical complex Project (2 bil.US$ investment) Developed sales and marketing plan for oxo-alcohols and acrylics value chain. Negotiated JV contracts incl. marketing rights with 3 partners (Borealis, ADNOC, Adani). Negotiated commercials on long-term Propane/propylene/H2 supply (ADNOC, Borealis) and renewable power purchase agreement (Adani).
