-Revisit Mission, Vision, Strategy of the Organization through a collaborative / consultative process with support personnel and develop a shared vision of the organization. Consider the new vision across the whole organization.-Develop succession plans for all critical positions.-Develop and implement a relevant and measurable set of HR goals and priority initiatives aligned to the business requirements.-Provide leadership, management and support to the HR Coordinator/Recruiter.-Manage the performance management system for all employees.
