o Established the largest, most complex and successful political program and endorsement process in organizational history and the largest and most effective relational organizing program in the countryo Facilitated winning back control of state house seat in three straight cycles.o 2020 program accomplishments: 2.5 million phone attempts, 225,000 phone contacts, 3 million text messages, 109,000 text responses, 3,000 volunteers.o Expanded and oversaw Movement Politics Academy conversion to remote learning.o Awarded largest grant ever of $1.2 million (pre-COVID) for statewide voter registration ( $500,000 post-COVID-19 grants). o Coordinated rapid response AV count challenging in Detroit post-election.o Trained nationally for People’s Action’s Movement Politics Academy.o Oversaw a massive and ongoing electoral hiring and onboarding process; Managed up to 75 staff across Voter Registration, Deep Canvass/GOTV, Relational Organizing, Staff/Member Development, and Post Election Democracy Defense.
