Develop documentation and implement quality assurance management: Observe production operations and make suggestions for improvements to minimize errors and improve overall quality of courseware. Create and document quality assurance standards and guidelines for the creation and maintenance of courseware and supporting learning materials. Assess course structure and verbiage for adherence to quality standards, established course outcomes, and best practices. Test all features, functionality, and localization of the learning materials produced.Review and audit courseware and QC processes: Establish evaluation rubrics for reviewing and testing courseware. Perform routine inspections of existing courseware to check for and create resolution plans for issues identified in existing courseware. Create audit reports and record corrective procedures to resolve courseware non-compliance. Work with instructional designers, content editors, technical developers, multimedia developers, and LMS administrators to address solutions to quality issues and ensure design and development standards are implemented at all stages of the development cycle.
