The KRYPTOS QUARTET was created in 2002 and is composed of ambitiousmusicians having various origins, but devoted to the same passion: the stringquartet. This extreme musical form beholds their great challenge and the name "Kryptos" refers to the quest which reveals the "secret" hidden in the music.Winning the first prize in the Auditions for Classical Groups and Soloists organized by Forte1, proved to be a promising beginning which helped form the goals of the group: the expression of their own identity, based on an optimal quality of playing, and on the interpretation of an extending repertoire.
