I led daily operations at the East Orange branch and supervised the key staff team of directors and their departments, including child care, day camp, aquatics, youth sports, and community events. I supervised the Early Childhood Learning Centers for our district branches, and our district's school-age child care programs, including supervision of the ECLC directors and our district's senior director of school-age child care. I prepared and implemented annual budgets for assigned departments, and the overall branch budget. I also provided branch leadership for the Annual Support Campaign at the East Orange Y. I served as a co-chair of our association's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team.

Collaborated with community agencies such as United Way and the Morris County Director’s Association. Provided staff leadership to the Kirby Council, a committee of the board.
