I had been doing administrative work for Shaw Medicine Hat since March of 2014 and the position was made official in December of last year. Alongside the regular administrative tasks I also helped co-ordinate the technicians with tasks outside their normal service and work orders, managed the underground replacement program, helped with warehouse duties.
