I exited from the last venture in 2005 and following some consultancy for a business support organisation, saw an opportunity to form a new consultancy and founded The ICE Partnership which we incorporated in 2007 from which I have recently retired to concentrate on my personal clients. I also joined the Growth Accelerator programme from its initial launch and have coached and mentored many SME owners over the life of the programme to achieve some great results. Sadly the Growth Accelerator programme has been ended which is a great shame. I have remained as a board advisor to numerous clients and continue to provide them with valuable guidance and support.I am very happy to continue working with any ambitious businesses that would value my help and guidance.
