I’ve been in a leadership role for 15+ years managing low to high volume stores. Working directly with HR, Vendors, DSM and RSM’S to maintain high performing metrics, sale goals, visuals and performance while leading with the integrity of the policies and procedures. Ive managed a team of 40+ colleagues and excelled in some challenging areas. I’m driven, strategic, reliable with a strong organizational and merchandising background. Delivering presentations in planning meetings utilizing power bi, teams and workload planning tools to strategically manage payroll and operational task. I take pride in maintaining company’s expectations for audits and physical inventory. But what makes me most proud is training top tier talent who went on to become great Store Leaders.
