• Represent the Division Chief and Asset Manager at meetings, working groups, and conferences.• Participate in the Asset Management process for assets located in the Vandenberg AFB Region of Operations.• Analyze scheduling products for accuracy, comprehensiveness, timelines, and de-conflictions.• Work with stakeholders (PRIME/Facility, and Communications Contracts, USACE, 30th Space Wing, 49th, 100th Brigade, MDA/GMT/Test Organizations, GMD program Offices, MDA/FD, and sub-contractors) in producing an Annual Plan, and subsequent Operations Schedule and Weekly Execution documents.• Maintain situational awareness on test, development, and operational activities to maximize readiness.• Provide coordination and direct support for GM Asset Managers to ensure the integration of GMD developmental and operational activities for the GMD Weapon System deployed at Vandenberg AFB, CA and Fort Greely, AK.• Provide oversight on PRIME and Facility contractors in the scheduling for the sustainment and readiness of GM operational assets on VAFB to maximize the GMD Weapon System’s operational availability. • Support institutionalize training programs such as security, safety, cyber awareness, and anti-terrorism.• Prepare weekly schedule files, reports, and metrics for review to support Asset Management meetings.• Petition Asset Manager for approval on scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance request on GMD assets.• Supports overall participation and contribution to GM program-wide integration and scheduling of site activities to include de-confliction of external activities that could or would impact GMD Weapons System operations.

• Installed Counter-Small Unmanned Aerial System (C-SUAS) technology to include three different defense systems working together as one, assisting to identify, detect, and defeat aerial threats against host installation and foreign partners.• Scheduled critical maintenance on multiple C-SUAS systems, ensured 100 percent capability was still accessible for government customer and foreign partners• Provided embedded and reach back support for improvised threats and C-SUAS efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units and foreign partners• Provided specialized multi-intelligence analysis, fusion and vulnerability assessments to understand and mitigate the threat posed by SUAS to deployed US Forces, Partners nations, and critical infrastructure. • Conducted multi-intelligence analysis assessments that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and SUAS network activity and narrow the search space to conduct counter-threat C-SUAS operations.

• Maintaining total system situational awareness, track and monitor weapon system status and other events that may require action by the Site Director or Operations Officer and/or Vandenberg Operations Support Center (VOSC) Manager.• Execute the Critical Information Reporting process to the Site Director of Operations, Operations Officer, and/or Vandenberg Operations Support Manager.• Executes rotational watch standing shift work including weekends and holidays at the Vandenberg Operations Support Center (VOSC).• Lead operations representative for many construction upgrade projects managed by the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)/Department of Facilities Engineering (DPF). • As the Operations lead Point of Contact (POC), ensured weapon system availability, capability, and operations reporting priorities are factored into overall construction projects and upgrades. • Monitor Ballistic Missile Defense System site status, to include ongoing maintenance, modifications, exercises, tests, and continuing site/system enhancements.• Initiate Operational Readiness Reports through BMDS Operational Readiness Reporting System (BORRS), and track the status and configuration of the Ground Missile Defense (GM) at Vandenberg AFB (VAFB).• Procedure and process development and management; and facilitate operations support activities.• Coordinating and executing crisis response.• Developing and preparing management reports or briefings based on documented processes to provide decision makers real-time data to make informed decisions on the customer's areas of responsibility.• Conducting special projects as needed such as gathering, analyzing and preparing complex reports, and various preparations for customer and senior management meetings.

• Fulfilled a range of Security Forces duties for both combat and peacekeeping missions. Gained proficiencies and experience in: traffic accident first-responder/ investigations, police patrol, ticket/report writing, felony traffic stops, search and seizures, criminal investigations and suspect interviewing/ fingerprinting/ processing.• Conducted Vandenberg AFB Integrated Defense Risk Management Process Review (IDRMP), provided the Wing Commander of the baseline security knowledge, and provided ideas in order to better secure the entire installation.• Prepared overall Security Plans for Vandenberg AFB, to include managing manning, financial, and logistical components helping to achieve success as being the "Best Security Forces Unit" of 2012, and 2014, in Air Force Space Command.• Managed several projects occurring on a 99,000 + acre Air Force Installation; several occurred at the same time. Attention to detail and prioritizing projects were key to success.• Coordinated maintenance support tasks to assist with launch operations and other activities that required security assistance for Vandenberg AFB.
