A keen attention to detail resulted in the discovery of four major discrepancies during final inspections that prevented catastrophic mishaps.**As Quality Assurance Supervisor for 3 divisions; trained and qualified 60 personnel in FAA Airfield Safety course, keying a 99% command qualification rate.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS:**Coordinated 6 successful detachments including 3 emergency detachments to various locations across the United States, which consisted of over 50 ordnance personnel and an estimated 7 million dollars in assets. Oversaw detachment logistics, including personnel, transportation, and resources.**Vigorous efforts led to the work center to a grade of "outstanding" in all notable criteria during "Commander Naval Air Forces" and aircraft maintenance inspections for F/A-18 A-F, F-16 and SH-60.**As a CPR instructor for the American Heart Association established and utilized a Command CPR program that contributed to the training and qualification of over 250 sailors, as well as civilian personnel.
