Recently enrolled in an intensive IT program focused on developing my skills in technical support to obtain the Google IT Support Professional certificate. I have recently started a coarse With Merit America where I am gaining skills that further enhance my ability to troubleshoot and problem solve through the use of Technology. My goal is to transition into a career in IT, where my passion for helping others will bring me satisfaction and knowledge through the infinite world of Technology.My love for technology is coming from being born in a big city. Growing up in NYC I can collectively remember what seemed like normal human functions become daily task monetized by or through technology. It first was tokens where increasingly unavailable, the clients had to use machines to access cards deployed by machines with preset amounts. I have watched my world become driven by technology on a daily basis and in some ways surpass me. Becoming a part of IT empowers me and builds my confidence towards a better tomorrow and future. My professional career has been customer service focused and has given me the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. Throughout my Google Certificate program I have developed problem solving techniques and analytical skills along with trouble shooting techniques that guides me with a firm base towards in IT.I am excited to embark on this new chapter of my career. I look forward to an exciting career in technology and I am eager to grow so much more in the Tech industry. With my work ethic and desire to learn so much more I am confident I can hit the ground running within your organization.
