Reporting to the Leadership Team, this position was responsible for managing Tonkin’s Brand and Marketing initiates. As a sole marketing role, I led the development of a new branding suite and implementing a documented Marketing Plan.Key Achievements:- Launching in January 2019, I planned and executed a full scope brand redesign. This encompassed a new logo, colour palatte, redefined company values, photography style, tone of voice, full review and redesign of all business documentation and reports and a new company website.-A key focus for 2019, was to build our social media presence and increase video content. I was able to increase video views by 44%, increase social engagements on posts by 137% and increase link clicks by 21%. Resulting in a 50% increase in total followers from 2018.

As a senior member of the Corporate Communications and Content team this position was responsibile for managing all the social media activity for RAA, including the implementation of the social media strategy, social media monitoring and reporting, amplification of content to meet business needs, in addition to managing the growth and engagement of RAA's online communities in line with set targets.This was a short term contract position, while the permanent Social Media Manager took extended holiday leave.Key Achievements:- Implemented a new Instagram strategy at RAA to achieve target community engagement levels and grow followers on the platform. - I achieved over 54% of the annual target for community growth across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Snapchat in less than 6 months, whilst also exceeding that year’s community engagement target by 10%.

Key Achievements: - Planned and implemented the largest DM campaign (to date) targeting 5 data groups across insurance, road service and non members. Going out to over 300k people across SA, it resulted in a response rate of 4% and with data collected I was able to implement an ongoing campaign to target insurance customers when they were in market. - Lead the redesign of all RAA Essential Communication Documents, of which fell within a major business transformation project.
