Responsible for 200+ brands(All categories) for 13 stores (Omnichannel) Main carrying brands : Maison Margiela, Rick Owens,Dries Van Noten, Jacquemus, Jil Sander, Thom Browne, Acne Studios, Ann Demeulemeester, Lemaire, Marine Serre etc- Making selection and buying strategy across all categories to build true assortment to different stores’ concepts- Analyzing Sales reports, budget forecasts, OTB, buying recap- Managing the seasonal OTB and forecasts preparation- Event and special projects(pop-ups, brand corner, exclusive collection, installations...)- Building and maitaining relations with brands and wholesale partners- Negotiating terms and collaborations- Identifying potential brands in market- Leading team of 12 members- Planning new door and business tactic- Training Merchandising and Retail Teams

Responsible for 120+ brands(All categories) for 10 stores (Omnichannel ) - Making selection and buying strategy across all categories to build true assortment to different stores’ concepts- Analyzing Sales reports- Event and special projects(pop-ups, exclusive collection, installations...)- Negotiating terms and collaborations- Identifying potential brands in market- Leading team of 7 members- Planning new door and business tactic- Working closely with logistic, marketing and retail team for daily communication of projects and collections- Defining pricing strategy- Training retail teams
