She pushed to her team to come up with compelling and substantial language and visuals to aid City Living due to the fact they never had creative work before. One of the most remarkable things I admire about Krystal is her confidence in asking the questions people are afraid to ask in a non-threatening professional manner and taking risks. Another one of her remarkable characteristics is her mindset is one that thinks outside of the norm of advertising expected from Madison Avenue. As a Young Commodore, she approached all her assignments with a global perspective, which sets her ten steps ahead of her peers. As a G.R.O.W.T.H. When I first met her, I was surprised to meet someone interested in advertising and leads democratically.
