As store manager I opened the store daily, set up cash register and food area, instructed other employees on any duties that needed to be fulfilled throuhout the day, and handled phone calls and front of the store. I stocked supplies as needed, as well as placing orders needed for the store. I counted cash at the end of day and made bank deposits nightly. Also, I would help in the back of store as needed.

As Lead Teller I would assist Tellers in cash transactions or deposits that needed approvals, showing them proper policy and procedure, daily counts of cash vault with another teller, counting and deposited money into the ATM's, assisting cusomers with any banking needs they have, as well as answering phone calls and handling any customer requests or complaints. I also arranged and maintained the schedule for employees, daily mail bags of transaction slips, and any other needs requested by my branch manager.
