Post Brothers purchased The Schmidt's Commons (now rebranded to The Piazza) in May 2018. My job duties are the same with the addition on being apart of the Marketing Team planning open houses, resident and employee events for their entire portfolio of properties.

Kushner Properties (dba Westminster Management) hired me as the Events & Programming Coordinator for The Piazza at Schmidt's Commons. My duties included Event planning and production, graphic design, marketing, social media, community and business relations. Created weekly and monthly events that included live music & festivals. Large and small scale.

The SSHD is an business improvement district in the City of Philadelphia. My responsibilities were office management (accounting, billings, etc.), event planning and production, website design, graphic design, marketing, social media, community and business relations. Created 9 notable annual events, some which still take place. Involved in grant writing and implementation. Worked closely with a board of directors (approx. 10-15 members).
