As a clinician, I provide individual, couples, and group psychotherapy to adults (ages 18+). I treat depression/mood disorders, anxiety disorders, family of origin relationship concerns, interpersonal relationship concerns, disordered eating/body image concerns, career/life balance, and adjustment to life transitions. My clinical toolbox includes Cognitive/Cognitive-Behavioral therapy techniques, Family Systems therapies, Attachment-based therapies, Positive Psychology interventions, and Dialectical Behavioral therapy techniques. Additionally, I provide weekly clinical supervision (individual and group) to doctoral and master's level pre-licensed therapists.As the practice owner and primary administrator, I provide clinical and administrative oversight to the clinical and administrative staff.
