As a Digital Marketing Strategist for Leverage, I get the opportunity to help our clients enhance the value of their business by tapping into all that the e-commerce world has to offer. I am primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining Pay-per-Click adverting accounts, and providing and implementing recommendations to improve organic online search engine results. I dig deep into our clients' worlds to understand how their customers operate, identify target keywords, and develop strategies to improve customer engagement.

As the Director of Business Intelligence, it was my job to ensure departments throughout Clickstop had the information needed to make data-driven decisions. This was executed primarily through the development and automation of key performance indicators. My team and I supported the business by providing detailed data analysis for existing processes, as well as new opportunities. I partnered with department leaders to ensure processes were created and maintained that supported data integrity. During my time leading the department, we implemented Microsoft Power BI as the primary tool for data reporting and transparency.
