Current● Serves as the liaison with assigned areas to coordinate the HR needs including, staffing and succession planning, employee relations, consolidations and divestitures, information dissemination and policy review.● Partners with business unit leaders to conduct and execute several organizational design initiatives to improve the customer experience and achieve process efficiencies.● Establishes and implements company-wide learning and development frameworks tailored to the innovative culture resulting in increased retention and development opportunities.● Reviews applications and performs preliminary screening of applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements. ● Provides guidance to managers in making competitive offers and facilitates the entire offer and on-boarding cycle.● Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
