- Creating and maintaining entity and delivery system setups in production accounting system- Processing, analyzing and working to troubleshoot monthly actual allocations for oil, gas and water- Reconciling run tickets and LACT tickets monthly to third party purchasers- Participating in upgrade testing and conversions of production accounting software- Assisting with internal and external audit requests-Coordinating with field personnel on volume and setup questions or issues - Collaborating with Marketing, Revenue and Land

- Processing Daily and Monthly Oil production for 1600 properties -Record and allocate Gas, Water, Oil, and Skim Oil volumes for Texas wells -Perform variance analysis on production and sales volumes -File paperwork with the Railroad Commission of Texas (PRs and P-18s)- Streamlining desk procedures to increase efficiency- Training and assisting other employees with process improvement -Working closely with Engineering, Regulatory and Marketing to resolve issues and create new processes.

-Setting up loaders to make processes efficient. -Processed revenue for non-operated properties including check input, Masterfile setup and maintenance, error resolution, and revenue clearing functions. -Process PPA's for corrections, deck changes and special requests. -Reconcile purchasers at the end of each month. -Review all checks and make adjustments if not processed correctly through PDS to Cdex.- Process JIB Entries to balance the Revenue Account with the JIB account. -Interest Payments to pay Royalty Owners who did not receive payment in a timely manner from LINN Energy.

-Record and allocate Gas, Water, Oil, and Skim Oil volumes for Texas, Michigan and Oklahoma wells.- Perform variance analysis on production and sales volumes - Process shipper contract allocations and gas balancing in Enertia-Reconcile run tickets to purchaser statements-File paperwork with the Railroad Commission of Texas (PRs, P-18s, and R-3s)-Analyze monthly well level variances between allocated volumes and daily estimates from the field-Work with the field, marketing, and revenue accounting as well as outside companies to insure accurate reporting of production
