 Promotes credit union lending products and services to small business owners throughout the community Builds effective relationships and trust with members and potential members by listening and uncovering their needs Underwrites basic loans and makes recommendations to VP of Lending & Collections and Business Loan Committee regarding loan decisions Manages the business loan portfolio and carries out appropriate risk monitoring and required due diligence to ensure business loan quality and SBA guarantees Assures the highest standards for member satisfaction through timely resolution of member service issues, complaints and problems Represents the credit union to the local, small business market in order to build awareness, brand image, credibility and new business Develop cross sell opportunities

Opened a Gelato & Espresso shop in April of 2009. We now have over 60 flavors and display 27 that change every day. We make biscotti, panacotta, waffe bowls & cones, and cookies. I believe that my love and passion for Gelato is shown when you taste my product!
