Maintains formal grievances and development plans.• Administers worker’s compensation claims, tracking accident trends and holds safety meetings to promote a safe environment. • Uphold, safeguard and promote the organization’s values, mission and philosophy as referenced in the organization’s mission and value statements. Aide in the development of the organization through promoting volunteerism, involvement in promotional activities, and providing education and awareness to the general public in order for the organization to be a leader in programs and services.
