Krystal Khali is an artist, multi-instrumentalist, music educator, producer, and founder at Spacebourne. She is a GIT graduate, MBA, and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Biobehavioral Health with Pennsylvania State University. As a self-professed renaissance woman, she mentors young women on a daily basis to be boldly, proudly, and unapologetically ambitious. Khali was the touring guitarist for blues legend Guitar Shorty for the last 7 years of his 70-year long career. As a Hendrix fan, she attributes this to being her biggest achievement. Other acts she has supported include psychedelic soul pioneers The Chambers Brothers and surf/ska rockabilly icons The Red Elvises. Khali founded Spacebourne, Inc. in 2021 after being an armchair space enthusiast for many years. Spacebourne is dedicated to helping transform humanity into a fully off-earth, multi-planetary species and is now focused on providing auxiliary support for NASA through grant funding with a focus on the Artemis mission. Krystal has repeated many times that the only things that excite her are "being a rock star and rocket science. I guess there is something to rocks...that rock!" Khali has recently given graduation keynotes at the aerospace engineering schools of USC and UCLA , and is host of The Krystal Khai podcast and The Financial Fitness podcast. Khali continues to tour, produce music, and is currently in the studio for her next album Krystal Khali and the Heavyweight Champions of Blues, alongside blues greats such as Jimmy Vivino of The Tonight Show.
