I have over 15 years of customer service experience. I also have skills in training and coaching individuals to success. I’ve always enjoyed providing excellent customer service experiences because when it’s done in the most genuine way it’s noticed and valued. My listening skills and problem-solving skills have developed substantially over the years due to my work history with face-to-face customer/colleague interactions. My main focus is to build that rapport and do my very best to deliver the needs of any customer/clients. My 7-year-old daughter remains my inspiration to grow and become better. I know that anything that I do reflects on my daughter and her future. I have worked to lay a foundation for her future so that she can have the right knowledge and tools to succeed.
