Serve as Chair of the Standing Team on Leadership Excellence that consists of staff members from all offices within DOS in the capacity of an advisory board and liaisons for Student Leadership Development.Developer of Student Leader Survey that will assess the leadership capacity of Vanderbilt’s positional leaders in areas throughout DOS including Student Organizations & Governance, Greek Life, Arts & Campus Events, and Student Centers. Response rate in 2014: 21%. Design and present workshops for campus organizations.Responsible for managing a programming budget of over $40,000 for leadership programs. Creator and facilitator of Spark*Sessions. This professional development experience allowed staff members to engage in curriculum and conversation using relevant texts as the focal point. Text used included Drive by Daniel H. Pink, Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek, and Essentialism by Greg McKeown.
