Coordinated ongoing system improvements for an internal application by employing Scrum methodology to elicit data requirements, conducted testing, and successfully deployed enhancements. Provided direct application support by creating internal user manuals, webinar scripts for Plan-facing calls, and reference guides to assist business owners.
