Brand building, product and marketing communication for all product categories, with a key focus on regional key markets Close collaboration with key stakeholders across global, regional and local teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaign readinessEnd-to-end management and execution of paid content partnerships (e.g. advertorials and influencer campaigns) – from strategy, agency management, to partner selection, budgeting and reporting.Drive marketing communication strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives.Develop brand standards and usage guidelines in Asia Oceania RegionsSupporting the sales team by plan, coordinate, and measure the implementation of trade marketing activities such as consumer product launch events. Working together with the Sales team to ensure sales activities integrate with marketing plans, creating a seamless brand experience for future TOTO wonders and maximizing marketing ROI. Monitoring competitive activities, tracking frequency and types of promotions taking place in the various trade sectors, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future reference purposes.

Campaigns/ Strategies / Activities •Conceptualize, develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies•Liaise and create marketing promotional activities / tools with sales in charge•Review and analyze performance of activities and campaigns •Develop brand standards and usage guidelines in Asia Oceania Regions•Managing budgets and flexibility of promotional activities / marketing toolsDigital and Traditional Marketing •Maintenance of principal brand social media platforms •Graphic design/ copywriting and creative content creation for both digital and traditional marketing platforms (EDM / Mailers / Facebook Contents/ Magazine Ads/ Editorials/ Billboards/ Standees/ Posters) •Plan and create marketing collaterals and tools suitable for Asia Oceania markets. (Including catalogs/ leaflets/ posters/ flyers/ newsletters/ banners/ billboards) •Design user friendly website interface for principal brand website •Managing and updating of contents on principal brand websiteShowrooms and Events Management•Manage showroom layout and planning for Asia Oceania new showrooms (e.g Australia, Manila, Yangon, Laos) •Setting up and liaise with local id with showroom plan to ensure brand identity and standards•Manage and liaise with sales IC / contractors / distributors on showroom construction pipeline•Frequent visits to site to follow up with branding posters / displays •Handles showroom openings and events after showroom completion •Organise and hold events such as exhibitions/ product launches / seminars•Manage and work closely with PR agencies / media on event managements
