Divas & Dolls Fitness, LLC (DDF) is a boutique dance and fitness studio created for women, by women. DDF offers a multitude of programs including dance fitness, pole dancing and exotic-aerobics that are designed to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. The fun and motivating environment encourages women to leave their inhibitions at the door and “Explore Their Inner Diva”.

Directed a team of over 150, including eight directors, and 13 managers responsible for child care fee assistance administration, respite care services and help desk operations. Oversaw operations and budget for military contracts of over $160M while managing client relationships and continuity of operations. Oversees daily operations and budget for military contracts of over $30M while managing client relationships and continuity of operations. -Maintained a national background check system for child care providers participating in military fee assistance programs. -Oversight and implementation of training and technical assistance on licensing and accreditation requirements for subcontractors for national programs-Composed a proposal to secure a new contract valued at $14M.-Administered procedures for quality control, fraud investigation, and improper payment notifications, diminishing $1.8M annual expenses for the organization.-Handled MilitaryChildCare.com (MCC) Family and Program Support Help Desk operations, which helps 200,000 Military families use a new web-based tool for child care requests.-Managed national military fee assistance program ($22M total budget) operations and quality control processes.-Managed subcontractors with military programs ($2M budget)-Successfully conducted 15,000 FBI background checks and fingerprinting to prevent military children from entering unsafe environments.

Responsible for a team of 19 direct reports. Established contract compliance by contouring application and eligibility determination processes affecting more than 35,000 child care providers while aligning requirements and documentation.-Served as the project manager for scanning and converting over 120,000 paper files to a paperless environment with oversight of over 50 staff.-Guided call center receiving 1,600+ calls per month to respond to general questions and offer consumer education.-Conducted call center training sessions for over 100 national programs for staff on military provider requirements with advanced specialized training for 45 liaison specialists and administrative assistants.-Improved the average provider application process time by 85%, slashing it from 15-30 days to 3 days.-Quality consumer education utilizing resources on individual state licensing for child care, best business practices, and business improvement subsidies and grants.
