In this role, I managed marketing and business development for Western Canada. This included leading the proposal team, managing marketing assets, event coordination, public relations, award submissions, employer branding, client relations, and working closely with each office on their business development strategies. From a corporate perspective, I also managed the national marketing communications team, and looked after branding, website development, social media, as well as additional firm-wide programs and strategy.

- Monitored procurement sites, and reviewed RFPs, EOIs, and RFQs in order to develop high-quality and competitive proposals- Accountable for all aspects of proposal management, including designing, writing, and formatting - Designed and produced marketing collateral from concept to completion- Maintained marketing project database- Supported various business development initiatives and activities- Responsible for the development and creation of awards submissions

- Developed a communication strategy and plan for distribution through the website, newsletters, email marketing, etc. - Lead writer on all content pieces leveraging subject matter experts as needed- Managed and designed all print material - Created engaging copy for key sales and marketing material, social media, and online postings- Initiated a corporate re-branding strategy - Managed and co-ordinated all events and trade shows (local and international)
